This will flip the direction of all bones in selected armatures.

This will get the average direction of all bones in an armature. It will then try to force the bones to point towards or away (users’ choice) from the 3d cursor based on the current bone direction average. This method works very well with straight chains of bones, it may fail with curved chains or loops.
